The BIGGEST Loser show

So I (Kim) am not a T.V. watcher, but I have found this show that I LOVE watching. The show is called The Biggest Loser, I am sure you all know this one. It is called the biggest loser because the people on the show try and compete to see who can lose the most weight in a certain time period. Anyway. I was waiting for Brad to come home one night from work and turned on the T.V. and this show was on, I was hooked from just that one episode. It is so awesome. There are a number of people that are obese that go to this Biggest loser campus to train with these amazing personal trainers. There, they are pushed to no end to lose weight and start thinking healthy. Each show you see their results of weight loss and they look so good. The Finale was on last night and Bill won! I was cheering for him, he was so determined and is this absolute new person. If you haven't checked out the show you should and even on line you can see them transform. It makes me so happy to see them smiling, running and looking and feeling so healthy! They add at least 10 more years of their life and are able to be with their families and enjoy life longer. It is just great, I think being a personal trainer would be so cool. The show also gives really cool health tips and facts throughout the show. Check it out!
