Fall from Grace
OK FOLKS. This is Brad.... and I feel have to put an addendum on that last post...... This race was a slap in the face for me. Three years ago, I would have run that race into the ground!! As it stands....... I have fallen so far that a lady pushing 2 kids and pregnant, with a belly big enough to know for sure she was pregnant, beat me!!!!!! I have to admit, I was at an all time low. I could have won the race as a sophomore in high school! Now I am getting beaten by a lady who probably could have had the baby fall out on the run and thrown the baby in the stroller and still beaten me! Oh well life goes on. I need to start running again

Gettin older sucks doesnt it? It seems like we should be able to keep our youthful physic by sheer will-power alone. Its a cruel trick that nature plays on us.
The pregnant lady was probably a Yankees fan (;
