Monument 10k race

There is a huge race here in Richmond called the Monumant 10k (6.2 miles) This year there was just over 32,000 runners! WOW. My friend Heather was like, "Man, that's the size of a town!" haha. It is huge. It was so fun. There is live music, bands at every mile marker! There are some runners that even dress up, make team shirts, or friend shirts etc. (prize won for best costume.) This year there was a group dressed up like Pac- Man. (pictures below!)

A bunch of my friends and people in my church ran in it. Below are me and some of my friends on race day. They are my stellar running group in the early morning (minus Katie.) I love these girls!

BEFORE RACE... BEUTIFUL.
AFTER RACE... SWEATY AND WET.Pac- Man group coming!Back of Pac- Man group leaving

My time for the race was 46 minutes... run baby run.
