Noodle Legs and Big Feet...
So these are some pictures of a fall (that's right a full arms out, butt in the air, knee's tucked fall!) that I had this week while running in the morning with my friend Heather. I blog this because this is NOT the first time, in fact my scabs from my previous fall have just barley left. You think I have just learned to run!? I am contemplating on running with knee pads and my bike helmet...serious! One minute I'm jammin to music or talking, talking, talking with a friend and the next second I'm sprawled out. Both times I have tripped on pavement raised from roots of a tree. This time my fall was pretty hard, my knee is still aching quite a bit and ice is still a dream. I didn't know it was that bad until later in the run I looked down and said"oh, it's still bleeding pretty bad." My friend Heather is a Physician Assistant and she looked at it and said, "Well..., you don't need stiches, but you'll need butterfly bandaides." I love having her around. So I got all fixed up. Silly me.

Oh girl.... I fall ALL THE TIME running! Be careful, lot's of running makes you uncoordinated! haha. I have scars all over my hips, knees, and ankles from falling.
I think it's worse in the east coast because of all the tree roots-- I've seemed to get a little better.
Hey Kim, you make me laugh!! I've always told my kids never to run on the sidewalk or asphalt, so they wouldn't trip and scrape their knees, but I also thought they would grow out of that danger as they got older - maybe not :) Yeah for butterfly bandaids!
Oh man! That is not fun! Hope it heals quickly.
Awesome!!!
I biffed it playing indoor soccer and it was so bad I had to go to the doctor a week later cuz it wouldn't heal and it was infected.... i should of taken pictures but I didn't! maybe you should run with your EYES OPEN ha ha j/k
You are hardcore : )
